We have implemented an assay facts component for score sets which uses experiment controlled keywords to construct a fact sheet about what assays can and cannot do. While these assay facts are displayed prominently on all score set and variant pages, one thing they are extremely useful for is comparing multiple assays when deciding which to use / is most applicable for performing variant interpretation.
To that end, we should add a way to compare the assay facts for different assays, especially as it relates to the variant measurement pages. I am imagining this feature as a sort of pop out that shows each of the different assay fact sheets side by side. It would also be cool if there was a way to highlight differences between the different assay facts, select one as the primary comparator, and jump directly to the variant of the specified assay when one of the assay facts is selected.
