Address Histogram and Calibration Table Views on Thin Screens

On screens smaller than 800px, the histogram overflows over the side of the screen and doesn't make an attempt to get thinner. This makes it impossible to read the visualization as some of the data is unable to be viewed. On screens smaller than 600px, we begin aggressively wrapping lines in the score calibration table such that some cells have text almost displayed in a vertical line. Instead of this aggressive wrapping, we should implement some sort of full table wrapping for small screens where we display the table with one calibration column per row.
