Refactor the Variant Fact Sheet into a dedicated component #604
Description
The variant fact sheet component is carved inside the VariantMeasurementView component with similar styling and layout to the AssayFactSheet component. We should refactor this component into a dedicated VariantFactSheet so it can be reused easier across the application and is implemented similarly to the AssayFactSheet displayed alongside it.
