We currently display MaveMD results as a list of cards with a secondary button that allows users to open the variant in a separate page. We should remove the redundant button and just make the entire row / card / name clickable.

As part of this task, we might consider also revisiting the card design of results, specifically the ClinGen Allele ID link. We should take care to ensure it is extremely clear this link is external, and not the returned MaveMD variant.
