Add ability to combine Variants

A useful feature for some analysis workflows would be to be able to combine multiple individual variants into a single multi-variant object. This would only work for variants that are from the same target sequence or have no target sequence.

An optional feature would be to combine multiple adjacent indels into a single delins variant.
