Problem with running nested subtests #34
Description
The bug fixed by #33 should have been caught by the tests, but not all permutations of the subtests were being run. It seems like only the first prefix (c) was being run, rather than all of the prefixes.
This might motivate a switch to pytest over unittest, since the fixtures system seems more reliable for large numbers of tests.
