[All] Incorrect Reference sequences are not detected #59
Description
The Reference sequence in the TPK1 entry in MaveDB appears to be incorrect.
MaveVis should detect these cases and try the Uniprot sequence instead, otherwise throw an error.
The MaveDB submission tool should probably also check for this.
