[BUG]: Unexpected behavior when click on CTA button and Blank CTA without any heading.

Describe the bug
Whenever you click on CTA it is jumping to the next question, instead of opening the drop-down of questions.

To Reproduce

1. open this repository
2. click on ▶ to see the result
3. Scroll down you we'll see empty CTA without any name

Expected behavior

1. onClick CTA must open drop-down of that particular question.
2. Blank CTA have name so we can identify the questions.
