ENOB - Introduce alternative VHF channel

Currently 127.725 is not used as its not suitable for HF due to conflict with Langen radar.
This can be used for VHF purposes in ENOB and could be added as an alternative frequency ENOB talk to traffic on.

Note: It is not possible to XC (combine) an HF and VHF radio, so a pilot on HF will not hear a pilot on VHF, so multiple transmittions can be more common.

Is this something we would like to implement?
