Markers not permanent after restart

Hello, I have a problem with the mission. After saving and restarting the server, the markers placed on the map have disappeared. However, I believe these are normally permanent. I must have overlooked an option or a line of code. Thank you for your help.

You can enable debug and check your .rtp

I only see this for error, (I use a GUI for give equipement for playeurs) but the mission too, this surely poses a problem??
