Document advantages and limitations of shared Python environment

Bug Description:
open two instance in different tabs in bianryNinja, then run the python script in different tabs, and the out only show in one instance or some other confused outps.
i think its better for us to make python run different instances?

we can check this video, even we close all tabs and in Gui ,we can see there is no instances runs.
But, the python script still prints.

If we force Python to run in separate instances you lose a lot of the benefit of a shared shell. I like to, for example, have a one liner I run and then switch tabs or windows to another file and hit up enter to rerun the same line in another file. Or I will create a variable with data from one file, switch tabs and use it on another.

I'm afraid the benefit outweighs the very small inconvenience that this can happen and we have to close these recent issues as intended behaviors. It's simply up to you the Python plugin author to be aware of this. We should however document these limitations so I've renamed this issue accordingly.

I have the definate same feeling that multi-thread or other multi-xxx will caust many energy,
or can we bypass the problem:
we add a method to run in seprate process?
if we need the benefit of share , we keep it as normal.
If we need the benefit of seprate of python env, we just start a new process without from tab?
