"Name must not be empty" error while the name field is not editable

Bug Description:
The UI requires me to satisfy an impossible constraint.

Steps To Reproduce:
Please provide all steps required to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load some bare metal firmware (unimportant what).
2. Disable the only segment.
3. Right click "Memory Map" > "Segments" and pick "Add Memory Region", then select "Mapped Load Region" as the source. It appears impossible to submit this dialog because the "Name" field isn't editable but pressing "OK" shows "Name must not be empty".

Fixed in 5.3.8701-dev. The name field is optional for “Mapped Load Region.” Functionally it mirrors “Add Segment,” with the only difference being that it supports providing a custom display name.
