Add API calls to debug output for VCert

Running vcert with the --debug output does not include the API calls that are being made.

**BUSINESS PROBLEM**
This makes it more difficult to diagnose failures when using vcert.

**PROPOSED SOLUTION**
Add API call output to --debug or add a flag to include verbose API call output
