[BUG]Cannot run debug mode

Describe the bug
It looks like another Unity instance is running with this project open.

Multiple Unity instances cannot open the same project.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'IDE'
2. Click on 'attack debug to Unity'
3. See error
