perf(dart_package): migrate test command to very good cli

Description

The very_good_cli now includes built-in support for running Dart test commands. It would be ideal to transition from using Dart tests commands to using very_good_cli commands to take advantage of the improvements it offers and also align with the options available in the Flutter package workflow.

Requirements

• All CI/CD checks are passing.
• There is no drop in the test coverage percentage.
• Backward compatibility (To be defined)
