feat: add workflow to verify autogenerated files

Description

When working with autogenerated files one common scenario is to verify that those files are up to date. We could introduce this step as part of our existing workflow.

Requirements

• All CI/CD checks are passing.
• There is no drop in the test coverage percentage.

Very common is to use build_verify package. That one introduce extra file that is unnecessary and also package dependency.
Much easier verification can be done running git status --porcelain after running build_runner, that gives info if anything changed is uncommitted in the repository.
