Licence of network weights trained on COCO-Wholebody data

Hi,

I have a question regarding the licence of network weights trained on COCO-Wholebody data. This repository has Apache 2.0 Licence, which allows commercial usage, however the COCO-Wholebody is only for non-commercial usage. What licence does apply to the network weights trained on COCO-Wholebody data in this case if I wanted to use it for commercial purposes?
