Feature request - Folia support

Don't think this needs much more explanation. This project currently sticks out among the other Via* projects as not supporting Folia, and adding support would be greatly appreciated by me and other server owners with legacy-version heavy playerbases.

I do not have much programming experience myself, but due to the small code size of this project it shouldn't be too difficult.
