How does your mod deal with height building limits?

I added a mod (2032 WorldHeight) by Obydux that took the limit out from all dimensions but came to find out that it would cut off the mod at -64 from going down to the -128. Only negative Y axis was cut from what I found. Wondering if there is something already in place for the overworld.
