Does not extract. Stalls does not show up in library.

Deleted App Data, Removed all items from Blender builds. Just on 4.5 alpha and I think there was another one in the "four "series. It just stalls at extracting. If I open the folder, I can click on the executable and use it, but it won't show up in my library 'cause it just stays stuck there and I cannot delete it either.

@wallyma Can you send your Blender Launcher.log file here? (if you have some .log1 and .log2 files, also send them if possible)

Hello, I've had this issue basically the whole time I've used Blender-Launcher-V2, typically the build downloads and gets nearly 100% extracted but then fails due to a permissions issue.

I've tried giving myself permissions in windows for the directory and all subfolders, and I've run blender launcher as an administrator, but neither seems to fix the issue. I've attached a screenshot showing the error as it happens and logs. In the zip file the BL folder is without admin privileges and BL2 folder logs are with permissions.

My workaround is to let blender launcher get as far as the screenshot, downloading and extracting until the error, then if I close and re-open blender launcher I can launch blender as if it succeeded seemingly without issue, but it isn't ideal.
