Interface refresh

I use BL every day and it's such a big help, I even recommend it to my students often. I wanna give back somehow, but I'm not a developer (though I've dabbled with code before). I can design logo's and icons and interfaces, so if you ever need help on that front, I'd be glad to.

I made these sketches last year. I'm happy to keep iterating or changing according to preference. I'm a big proponent of not making windows any bigger than they have to be.

I really like the idea of doing a UI refresh! And your mockup will be a great help to do that. The only issue is time; currently, I don't have a lot of free time to work on the Blender Launcher, and doing a full UI refresh will be quite time-consuming...
If some people want to contribute to that, it will be welcome!

If you want to contribute on more graphical stuff, it will be more than welcome! If you see some icons that could be added for some buttons or some that could be improved, don't hesitate to send some suggestions or SVG files. I will be more than happy to add them to the UI as this is simple and fast to implement.

Also, if you want to propose a new logo for the Blender Launcher V2, don't hesitate! It could be nice to have a new, reworked logo!

Oh, I see, no problem. Well if anyone does have time at some point, let me know! Here's a quick logo refresh I sketched today. Maybe for a V3 some day...

Also, at one point, it would be nice to rebrand the launcher to something else than "Blender" as Blender is trademarked and we are not supposed to use it.
