Actually it's not the first time that Blender Launcher.exe gets deleted from my system, so the objected code seems NOT to be new in latest version. I assume I can safely whitelist the file, but wanted to inform here.

Unfortunately, the only thing I can do is send the program to the AV provider to have it reviewed and whitelisted in their database. However, I need to do this every time a new version is released for most of the AV providers (some of them it's even not possible to send the program for review...).
This is a known issue for programs that are built with PyInstaller, like the Blender Launcher.
