Built-in web UI: add an ability to change the number of bars displayed on the bar chart #956

The web UI doesn't allow changing the number of bars displayed on the bar chart, since it is hard coded. Sometimes it is needed to be able to change the number of displayed bars.
Describe the solution you'd like
To add bars count dropdown to the bar chart with the following options: 12, 24, 48, 96, 288, 620, 1240. By default 96 must be selected, e.g. 96 bars must be displayed by default on the selected time range.
Why the proposed bars counts have such strange values? Because they align well with integer time steps. This simplifies bar chart analysis. For example, if 24 hours time range is selected, then every bar on the bar chart equals to the following intervals for the proposed bars count values:
12- 2 hours24- one hour48- 30 minutes96- 15 minutes288- 5 minutes620- 2 minutes1240- one minute
The bar count dropdown must work for hits bar chart and for stats bar chart.
