Link to relevant PR in the changelog

Hi there 👋

Is it an option to start linking to the relevant PRs in the changelog?

Since I use dependabot to keep dependencies, we often check the changelog to know of changes and new features in dependencies. I'm often triggered to read a bit more about the new abilities of ViewComponent, but don't have an easy way to get to that PR (except going to the repo, clicking on the commit history and trying to match the changelog with the commit).
