Target release date for 4.0.0

Hi all,

I have a branch of my company's repo passing on the 4.0.0rc3 tag. The version 4 release solves a lot of problems for us and I'm eager to get us onto it. However my colleagues are (reasonably) hesitatant about shipping a release candidate to production.

Any idea when the official version 4 might come out? If it'll be pretty soon I can wait, but if it's still weeks/months off I might advocate shipping with the release candidate.
