feat: Add OpenAPI specification for MCP Registry API

- Introduced a new OpenAPI specification file (registry_api_spec.yaml) detailing the MCP Registry API endpoints, request/response schemas, and error models.
- Updated rpcTypes to align with the new API structure, including changes to property names for consistency.
- Refactored RegistryServerCard component to utilize the new types and improve handling of server responses.
- Enhanced SearchRegistryServers component to normalize server responses and improve type safety.
- Created a new types file (registry.ts) to define shared types for the MCP Registry responses, ensuring alignment with the OpenAPI specification.
