HTTP Request Error and Success Feedback

For some feedback where appropriate, we could use the Toast component from Chakra UI: https://chakra-ui.com/docs/components/toast

Upon HTTP requests, the user should be able to see if the request was made successfully or not.
- Forms should show a successfully submitted toast or an error
- Usual queries (such as loading user data on dashboards) should not show any toast
