I get this in Pharo7.0.1 (build: 148, commit: 442fd72) when using the XLSXImporter. In Pharo 6.1 64 bit it works correctly.

I used Pharo Launcher to create the latest images using the latest 64 bit VMs on macOS Mojave 10.14.3.
