Option to exclude file from "Empty file search/deletion" if file contain only properties

Thank you for writing this plug-in, - super useful!!!

-- would it be possible to add option to avoid deletion of "Empty file" if file in question contain at least one property? Example use case for this would be notes which have only source links inside them (currently plugin will mark such notes as "empty").
