There is a difference between the link displayed by the plugin and the backlink displayed by obsidian

I have a file with 15 images inserted in it. They are displayed correctly in the backlink, but when running the plugin to find isolated files, it shows that the file inserted has isolated photos, which is obviously wrong.

I guess you used the Find orphaned files command, as there's no such thing as an isolated files command.
So you have a markdown note with 15 links to images. I rather think the first screenshot is the Outgoing links view and not backlinks of that markdown note, right?
And the second screenshot is the output of the find orphaned files command?

Yes, I used the Find orphaned files command,

The second image is the output of the find orphaned files command.
I thought that the document inserted these images in a relative path, so these images should not be recognized as orphaned files by the find orphaned files command. Am I wrong?
