Are there any plans to add multiple language version?

I like this plugin very much, but it is an English version, I can't always understand the exact meaning of each function at the first time. So I hope there are multiple language versions, I am willing to translate the Chinese version。

I currently don't plan this, because it makes maintaining the settings pane very hard. It may get out of date very fast.
