tried to backup my notes using git but it just deleted all my plugins

Hey!
so i tried recloning my repository after i got this error

someone in the obsidian discord server suggested i try to reclone my repository to fix that
so i tried it using this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YZz38U20ws
and now all my plugins and css snippets are gone and i have no idea what happened.
is there a way i can recover all my plugins and snippets again? i deleted my previous repository aswell as i thought i wouldn't need it
i hope i can get everything back :(
