Self hosted, not using external facing domain - keeping it within tailscal

Hi all,
I'm trying to figure out how to get AIO streams to use just the internal IP address of the domain, in the env file you have an external/internal URL, and while I can get to the site if I'm using tailscale, it seems I can't get the install URL to populate properly, it looks like jibberish. Has anyone used this setup to either use just the local lan IP or even better, through tailscale setup?
