online tools suggest the RegEx I had ai create to catch variations is not valid. The ai in self critique volunteered variations to submit to

regexer in javascript mode says

and in PCRE mode gives no error. ai suggests overlap, regex declares exclusive

obviously I am not RegEx proficient
