Volunteers would benefit from quick reference guides and cheat sheets for common tasks to make it easier to jump in and help with Virtual Coffee operations.

Proposed Quick Reference Guides

• Coffee Host Quick Start - Key steps for hosting coffee sessions
• Lightning Talks Checklist - Timeline and tasks for speakers/coordinators
• Lunch & Learn Quick Guide - Essential steps for each role
• Monthly Challenge Facilitator Checklist - Key milestones and tasks
• A/V Post-Production Checklist - YouTube upload and processing steps
• New Volunteer Onboarding - Getting started guide
• Emergency Contacts and Escalation - Who to contact for different issues

Features to Include

• One-page printable formats
• Checkbox-style task lists
• Key deadlines and timelines
• Contact information for help
• Links to full documentation
• Common troubleshooting tips

Implementation

• Create a new docs/quick-reference/ directory
• Use simple, scannable formatting
• Include both web and printable versions
• Cross-link from main process documentation
• Consider creating summary cards/infographics

Acceptance Criteria

• At least 4 quick reference guides created
• Guides are concise and action-oriented
• Easy to find from main documentation
