Complex processes like Lightning Talks coordination, Lunch & Learn management, and Monthly Challenge workflows would benefit from visual aids to help volunteers understand the process flow.

Proposed Diagrams

• Lightning Talks end-to-end process flow
• Lunch & Learn workflow from request to completion
• Monthly Challenge lifecycle
• Coffee Table Groups setup and management process
• Post-production workflow for A/V content

Implementation Suggestions

• Use Mermaid diagrams (supported natively by GitHub/Docusaurus)
• Create flowcharts showing decision points and responsibilities
• Include timeline diagrams for time-sensitive processes
• Add role-based swimlane diagrams where multiple people are involved
