Routing Error on main branch

What happened?

After pulling the latest changes from main (commit 248286d - Feature/more caching (#1448)), I noticed that when running locally on the main branch, all resources are being routed to the resources page ending with /index file, which results in a 404 "Page Not Found" error. Please see the attached video for reference.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Take the latest pull from the current mean branch and commit - 248286d - Feature/more caching (Feature/more caching #1448)
2. Run pnpm build
3. Run pnpm start
4. Go to the resource section of the project and click on any of the resources.
5. You will see a 404 "Page Not Found"
