Auto-reply when user attempts to invite person on slack

We have a process for members to get added to slack - members can't be directly added. Using the slack API, let's auto-reply (and maybe auto-deny if possible) when this happens.

Sample text:

I saw that you wanted to invite someone to our slack. New members can come into slack two ways:

• Via an invite from an active volunteer. You can find out more here: https://virtualcoffee.io/resources/virtual-coffee/get-involved
• Add themselves to the waitlist: https://virtualcoffee.io/join

We prioritize members who can come to our coffee times, so they can see our community interaction and better understand our group’s values and intimacy.
