Add custom fields to an additional field

It might be useful to add some additional properties to the additionalFields object.
I think it might make sense to add the fields:

• description (to show a description/hint under the field)
• placeholder (to show a string in the field before the interaction)
  On additional fields with type selectit might make sense to add default to set the default value
