Recusively scan folders #120

Right now, If we run vt scan file <directory>, it will only scan the files in that directory, ignoring the contents of its subfolders. When there are many subfolders, scanning all of them manually takes some effort. For example, I scan a lot of music torrents of artist discographies that contain a large number of albums.

dsilva@helium:~/Music/Pixies - Discography [FLAC Songs] [PMEDIA] ⭐️$ ls
'(1987) Pixies - Come On Pilgrim [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1988) Pixies - Gigantic River Euphrates [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1988) Pixies - Surfer Rosa (Remastered) [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1989) Pixies - Doolittle [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1989) Pixies - Here Comes Your Man [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1989) Pixies - Monkey Gone to Heaven [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1990) Pixies - Bossanova [16Bit-44.1kHz]'
'(1990) Pixies - Dig for Fire [16Bit-44.1kHz]'

Being able to run vt scan file ~/Music/<artist_folder> only once and have it scan every song in there would help a lot.

I'd like to suggest adding a recursive file scan that traverses deep into the subfolders. If necessary, it could have a configurable recursion limit.
