[Bug] 单元格渲染DOM组件，调整列宽时内容闪烁严重

Current Behavior

使用DOM渲染的单元格，在拖动时闪烁严重

Expected Behavior

希望能够修复拖动行闪烁的问题，如果修复不了，希望能提供和VXE类似的，不实时渲染的调整列宽的交互，至少能不闪烁

Environment

- OS: window 11
- Browser: Chrome最新版
- Framework: Vue@3
