Can't reproduce the Results on VOT2018

Hi @pvoigtlaender,
I was trying to reproduce your results on the VOT2018 but found significant differences between the reproduced and the reported scores. I was using the tensorpack model as provided in the repo "COCO-MaskRCNN-R101FPN9xGNCasAugScratch.npz", but I guess its not the same checkpoint as of you (read another issue with kind of same problem link). It would be really helpful if you can provide me the correct model checkpoint.
