No "Cavern Driver" option in Cavernize using 9ch+ layouts

Howdy, Cavern docs says:

Cavern Driver: Use the layout you set up in the Cavern Driver. This allows you to go beyond the 16 channels present in the presets, or customize the layout exactly to your room, re-rendered to the precise degrees.

Currently, I am able to successfully render 10ch 5.1.4 video files and play them on my 10 channel setup using JRiver, VB-Matrix virtual 64-channel asio but I'm trying to optimize rendering options as much as I can, so I have measured my room and placed the speakers in Cavern Driver layout manager tool

I can see the "Cavern Driver" option in Cavernize only when I set Cavern Driver to at most 8 channel setup. 5.1.4 causes "Cavern Driver" option to disappear.

Is this expected?

I have found out that I can:

1. Set any <9ch preset in Cavern Driver, for instance Stereo
2. Choose "Cavern Driver" layout in Cavernize
3. Set my custom 5.1.4 layout in Cavern Driver

"Cavern Driver" layout in Cavernize stays selected (even if not present on the list) and the renderer seems to do what it's supposed to. I've tested it by tinkering with some exotic 1.1.8 layouts, and the output files indeed contain strangely positioned audio channels.
