Battle.net launcher not working consistently #348
Description
If Battle.net is already running, then it seems to work perfectly every time.
If Battle.net is not yet running, I have started experiencing frequent issues getting the game to launch properly, which must mean something has changed in how bnet should be launched during game launching.
