I think I see a path forward on this.

Variant has it's own limitations and costs. It's becoming clear to me that a lightweight native app that incorporates app clips and ARKit is our only real path forward. So that's what i'll be exploring.

P0 Requirements:

• access the app clip via a URL
• load a simple alef layout into a RealityKit scene

P1:

• accurately align the alef planes with the ARKit planes
• load a full layout
• QR Code support
• environment occlusion

Current status

I can load and convert the existing plane data into a rendered model in RealityKit on iOS. but I'm struggling to "fit" the model to it's corresponding space such they perfectly overlap one another.
