GUI Freezes

The AI Tool (v2.5.44) GUI hangs shortly after starting.
I have to crash it with Task Manager to exit.

I have been running this version on Windows 10 x64 since it was released (and many versions before that) with no issues. I noticed this hanging a few days ago.

I have reinstalled this version over the top, but that didn't fix it.

Any other help suggestions?

Try deleting or renaming _Settings\AITool.Database.SQLITE3 file. Thats the history database and it could be corrupt.

Worst case, rename entire _Settings folder. Does that allow you to fully start? If fixes, it will suck because you will have to re-create your settings. If it doesnt fix it may point to some external program interfering such as Antivirus. You could try excluding AITOOL folder from its configuration.
