Adding new option page when Options Folder is selected should not create second option folder?

It seams that if I add an option when the Options folder is selected in the Solution Folder, The add task also adds a second options folder under the current one with the newly created one inside.

It might make more sense, in this case, to merely add the new option to the existing Options folder.
