Add Items to IDG_VS_CTXT_PROJECT_ADD_ITEMS

Hi, I made vsix which deploys item templates, I would like to add them to the Add project. I figured out that to do this I need to add a dynamic command as a placeholder to IDG_VS_CTXT_PROJECT_ADD_ITEMS and then populate it.

My questions are:

• How to get the list of ItemTemplate and get the ad name and icon to use for add command?
• When command is executed how do I add an item to the project using ItemTemplate?.
