Breaks Open VSIX Gallery extension source on VS2022 #29

Issue

Hello, I have found that this extension adds it own extension source to the Extension Manager on Visual Studio 2022, and it would appear that it overrides that of your other extension, Open VSIX Gallery.

Workaround

I was able to temporarily solve the issue by disabling this extension, however that is not ideal.

If you need any more information, just let me know what you need, and I will be happy to provide it given that I do know how to obtain it, I'll ask if I don't.

Additional Notes

NOTE: I should mention that this is with the new layout of the extension manager, for VS2022.

Screenshots

Here is what it looks like when this extension is enabled:
The dropdown menu for the browsing location in the Visual Studio 2022 Extension Manager shows the last entry as "Extensibility Template Pack" and does not list "Open VSIX Gallery"
Here is what it looks like when this extension is disabled:
The dropdown menu for the browsing location in the Visual Studio 2022 Extension Manager shows the last entry as "Open VSIX Gallery" and does not list "Extensibility Template Pack" as this extension is disabled.
