Walkthrough Language Editor Missing on Web Site

Was I supposed to do something to add the merged pull request to the menus in default.html under the _layouts folder?

Still does not show up on the VSIX Cookbook web site.

Yes, you have to manually add it to the menu

OK; Assuming this is the menu you are talking about how do I update it? I did not create a html document, just markdown? Do I need to convert it to HTML and if so, where does it go? Or do I just add the menu item but instead of referencing file extension md I use html and GitHub converts if for me?
